Open volumes in the farmhouse belt.
A delivered residence in the farmhouse belt
Golden Oak is a completed independent residence in the farmhouse belt at Chattarpur, New Delhi — a green, low-density pocket a short drive from Chattarpur Metro and the Mehrauli–Gurgaon Road.
The house is planned around open living volumes and generous natural light, with the landscaped outdoor space treated as part of the plan rather than as what is left over. A water feature sets the arrival sequence before the house itself is reached.
The residence is delivered and is shown here as a record of finished work.
