In short: Estate 108 (Estate One O Eight Infra LLP), Anjuna, North Goa, and Stanley Infra (Stanley Infra LLP), New Delhi, collect personal data from this website only when you send an enquiry, call, message us on WhatsApp, or allow analytics and advertising cookies. We use it to answer you and to measure our advertising. We do not sell it.
1. Who we are
Two entities are jointly responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) each is a Data Fiduciary. Under the UK and EU GDPR each would be a controller.

Estate 108 is the developer of record; Stanley Infra is a group company. An enquiry you send about a project is visible to both. This website is published at www.estate108.co.in and this policy covers that website and the enquiries it generates. It does not cover any other website you reach from a link here.
2. Grievance contact
The DPDP Act and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules require us to publish a contact for complaints about personal data. If you have a concern about how your personal data has been handled, use the contact below. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and respond substantively within 30 days.

3. What personal data we collect
We collect four kinds of data, and only one of them is something you type. Nothing in the first category is collected until you press Send.
3.1 Enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the fields you complete: name, phone number, email address, project of interest, and any message you write. We also record the exact wording of the consent statement you ticked, and the date and time you submitted it, so that we can show what you agreed to.
Nothing is stored or transmitted before the consent box is ticked. The form contains a hidden anti-spam field and a timing check; neither collects information about you.
3.2 Calls, WhatsApp and email
If you call, send a WhatsApp message or email us, we hold your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta and is governed by Meta’s own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
3.3 Server logs
Our hosting provider records ordinary technical information when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and device type. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
3.4 Cookies, pixels and similar technologies
With your permission we set analytics and advertising cookies and allow the pixels described in section 6. If you reject non-essential cookies, none of them are set and no vendor script is loaded at all. The full list is in our cookie policy.
We do not ask for, and this website cannot accept, your PAN, Aadhaar, passport, bank details, card details or any payment. If a page ever appears to ask you for those through this website, it is not us — please tell us immediately.
4. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use personal data for five purposes, each with a stated basis under the DPDP Act.
| Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and arranging a site visit | Your consent, given when you tick the consent box or contact us directly |
| Sending you project information you asked for | Your consent |
| Keeping a record of the enquiry and of your consent | Legitimate use — compliance with legal obligations and defence of legal claims |
| Keeping the website available, secure and free of abuse | Legitimate use — security of our systems |
| Measuring how the site and our advertising perform | Your consent, given through the cookie banner |
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you, and we do not profile you for credit or eligibility purposes.
5. Consent, and how to withdraw it
Consent is asked for separately in two places, and you can withdraw either at any time without affecting the other.
- Contact consent — the tick box on the enquiry form. Withdraw it by emailing info@estate108.co.in with the word “withdraw” and the phone number or email you used. We will stop contacting you about that enquiry.
- Cookie consent — the banner shown on your first visit. Change it at any time by opening cookie settings, or by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Withdrawing consent does not make our earlier use of the data unlawful, and it does not require us to delete records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
6. Analytics and advertising tools
This website is built to work with four third-party measurement tools. None of them loads until you accept non-essential cookies. Before you choose, Google Consent Mode v2 is set to deny advertising storage, analytics storage, ad user data and ad personalisation.
| Tool | What it does and what it receives |
|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Measures page views, sessions and events such as an enquiry submission. Receives a randomly generated device identifier, a truncated IP address, page URLs, referrer, and coarse device and location data (city level or broader). Provider: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. |
| Google Ads | Records that an advertising click led to an enquiry, a call, a WhatsApp click or a brochure download, so we can tell which advertisements are worth running. Receives a click identifier and the event name. Provider: Google. |
| Google Tag Manager | A container that loads the tags above. By itself it does not set cookies or collect personal data, but it can load tools that do. Provider: Google. |
| Meta Pixel | Records the same conversion events for advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and allows audiences to be built from site visitors. Receives a browser identifier, the page URL and the event name. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. |
These companies act as independent controllers for some of this processing, which means they decide part of what happens to the data. Their own policies apply:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from sites that use its services
- Meta Privacy Policy
- Meta Cookie Policy
6.1 How to opt out, wherever you are
Rejecting non-essential cookies on this site stops all of the above here. To limit personalised advertising more broadly, use these controls:
- Google My Ad Center — turn personalised advertising off across Google.
- Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta ad preferences.
- NAI consumer opt-out and DAA WebChoices (United States).
- Your Online Choices (EEA and UK).
7. Who we share your data with
We share enquiry data only with people who need it to answer you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
- Between the two entities. Estate 108 both see enquiries about projects they develop together.
- Service providers acting on our instructions. Website hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. No customer-relationship system, form handler or third-party email provider is connected to this website at present. Any such provider acts as a Data Processor and may use the data only for us; this policy will be updated before one is introduced.
- Channel partners and appointed agents. If your enquiry came through a real-estate agent we work with, or would be better handled by one, we may pass your name, phone number and project of interest to them so they can respond. We tell you when this happens, and you can ask us not to.
- Professional advisers. Lawyers, auditors and accountants, where needed.
- Authorities. Where we are required to disclose by law, by a court, or by a regulator.
8. Transfers outside India
Some of our tools store data outside India. Google and Meta process data on servers in several countries, including in the European Union and the United States, and our hosting or email provider may do the same. The DPDP Act permits transfer to any country that the Central Government has not restricted; we monitor that list and will change providers if a restriction affects us.
Where personal data of visitors in the EEA or the UK is transferred out of those regions, our providers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
9. How long we keep it
| Enquiries that do not proceed | 24 months from your last contact with us |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that lead to a booking | For the life of the transaction and then as required by tax, accounting and property law — generally 8 years |
| Consent records | As long as the underlying enquiry record, so we can evidence what you agreed to |
| Server logs | Typically 30 to 90 days, depending on the hosting provider |
| Analytics and advertising data | Held by Google and Meta under their own retention settings; see their policies above |
When a retention period ends we delete the data or anonymise it so that it can no longer identify you.
10. How we protect it
We take reasonable security safeguards, as the DPDP Act requires. The website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it. Accounts that hold personal data use individual logins. We review who has access when someone joins or leaves.
No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach occurs we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and every affected person, as the Act requires, and we will tell you plainly what happened and what to do.
11. Your rights under the DPDP Act
As a Data Principal you have the following rights over the personal data we hold about you. All of them are free to exercise, and we answer within 30 days.
- Access. Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we are processing it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correction and completion. Ask us to correct anything inaccurate, complete anything partial, or update anything out of date.
- Erasure. Ask us to delete your personal data where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for, and where no law requires us to keep it.
- Withdrawal of consent. As set out in section 5, at any time, as easily as you gave it.
- Grievance redressal. Complain to us using the grievance contact above, and afterwards to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
- Nomination. Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapable of doing so. Write to us and we will record the nomination.
To exercise any of these, email info@estate108.co.in from the address you gave us, or call +91 98 0752 0752. We may ask one or two questions to confirm it is you before we act. Please make your request clearly and in good faith; the Act also asks Data Principals not to file false or frivolous complaints.
12. If you are in the EEA or the UK
We advertise internationally, so some visitors reach this site from Europe and the United Kingdom. If the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority or to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Use the same contact details in section 15 and say which right you are exercising.
13. Children
This website is intended for adults buying or researching residential property, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. The DPDP Act requires verifiable parental consent before a child’s data is processed, and it prohibits advertising directed at children. We do neither. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our tools, our providers or the law change. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you directly where we can, and we will bump the consent version so that the cookie banner asks you again.
