In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean those two entities, and “you” means the person using the site.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. These terms should be read together with our privacy policy, cookie policy and disclaimer, which form part of them.
3. Permitted use of the site

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Panaji, Goa have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we both submit to that jurisdiction. Where a dispute concerns a registered real-estate project, the forums provided under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 apply and are unaffected by this clause.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may update these terms. The date shown at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and the version then in force applies to your use of the site. Please check this page from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
